Does this sound familiar? You’re reading an email from someone and want to find a previous email from the same person but can’t find it? How can you find other emails from the same person? It’s actually really easy to do in Outlook and in this post, we’ll show you how.

Version of Outlook

The method for finding all emails that were sent by a particular person is slightly different depending on which version of Outlook you are using. Either Outlook in a browser or the desktop version of Outlook.

Outlook in a Browser

For Outlook in a browser, hover your mouse over the name of the sender of an email. Right-mouse click the email, and a drop-down menu will appear. In this menu click on the line that reads “Advanced actions”.
